The management team has strong experience in Technology/Applications development in Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Sales & Post Sales Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects in Gujarat, India.

After successfully launching projects in Dholera SIR SmartHomes Infrastructure group is now planning to expand its horizons in Pan India Real Estate Consultancy Services under its brand “SMART INVESTOR” for sales in housing markets, providing value added services such as processing mortgages/loans, transactions, post sales, rental and leasing services.

SMART INVESTOR will initially start providing these services in top 20 fastest growing cities of India over the next 3 years and then gradually expand its operations to fastest growing 40 cites which will include both Greenfield and Brownfield Smart Cities of India.
